The first Regenerator and the Armaduras when playing as Ashley for me.
The Novistadors weren't scary at all, I loved shooting them with a shotgun

in the room with two regens, the doors have switches. i opened one, saw the fker, shut the door reloaded, the door flew open it started makin out w my neck. bout pissed myself. stupid glitch.

In all fairness nothing really scared me in that. There wasn't suspensful music to add to the atmosphere. Like in RE3 when the Nemesis soundtrack played I bricked them and ran as fast as I could. I would have to say when I walked into the labratory with the Regenerator lying on the table, it was just so scary because I knew what was going to happen. Then after I solved the puzzle and I heard a smash I was backing into the back corners of the room. I then found the Thermal Scope; and my fear of them has dispersed now.
