Scariest Enemy

In Resident Evil whats the scariest enemy in your opinion? For me it has to be the crimson head

I think I'm going to have to go with the regenerators and iron maidens. Although Nemesis gave me some frights too.

the gravedigger from re3 all the way! the first time i had re3 for pc i was about 9 or 10 when i first saw it and i had nightmares for the whole week rofl

Hmmmm that's a toughie because none of them have really scared me witless apart from Nemesis.....then again the chainsaw dude in RE4 freaked me out big time in the first encounter...i think that was cos i tried to do a runner from him back into the house and to hear him coming up behind you on the stairs sent me intoa panic lol.

I agree the regenerators and iron maidens scares the shit out of me..

Not sure many enemies really scared me...

Although it was pretty intense when a Lurker caught onto my leg with it's abnormally long tongue and slowly pulled me into it's mouth.

The Bandersnatch is scary too.

Im going with the whole batch of regenerators as the scariest

More than the enemy itself,its scary when Lisa is gettin in the old shed,also shes scary too when you try for the first time to enter into the underground of the mansion.

but the regeneradores are really scary too sometimes(especially their breathing that goes along with "their" music)

one of them scared the shit out of me once...
I was shotting him,and then tried to shoot his leg with the killer7,wich removed his leg off,then he was crawling,so I felt secure and come closer to him to achieve him,but then he jumped on me like a fish out of the water,it scared the shit out of me as I didnt thought he would be able to do anything like this.

but thats true the Nemesis and Chainsaw guys stress you out sometimes.

but i'd vote for the regeneradores as the scariests.

i agree with nite ,, but them damn chainsaw guys suck always always gotta be prepared for them one hit kill sucks

Never been truly scared by any of the enemies. However, the scariest looking enemy I would have to say is the Licker. That thing is nasty!

the regenerator. iron maidens dont breathe the same... it freaks the crap out of me.... sounds like their choking... (if you pay attention if they kill you by biting you you can see a worm plaga crawling in to turn you into a regenerator....)

Regenerator's were creepy, but there weren't nearly enough of them for them to be THAT scary for me.

For me, the ordinary zombies are the creepiest. The first RE game I played was Code: Veronica, and as soon as I got out of the jail, and saw these things crawling out of the ground and then stumbling over to me, I'm like "wtf?" so I try to run around them, but the camera/controls were so screwy I ran right into each one of them. Creeped me out for Days..

Regenerators are quite scary. Not 100% the monsters themselves, but the way in which they were introduced into the game. When you're on Saddler's island, the room before the Regenerator makes its first appearance there is a sign saying "Operating Room". That right there kinda tells you something. There's the music which also adds a frightening factor to it. Once you actually get to the operating room and see the Regenerator on the table, I was fairly freaked out. Lol, and that frozen Plaga in the room where you pick up the keycard is scary too.

Another RE4 scare was when I was going back through the Village at night....you can't see the Ganados very well, and if they hit you it can catch you off guard. Also, in Salazar's Castle, the walking armor suits also gave me a fright because of the atmosphere. Regenerator music and darkness.

But I have to say Lisa Trevor is the scariest monster in the series. The RE1 remake is largely a scarier game than RE4, in my opinion.
