I couldn't stand the thing that Heath Ledger kept doing with his mouth. Interesting fact actually, Heath decided to smack his lips because it's a common thing mental patients do in psyche wards because the medicine they are given is extremely bitter. It tends to eventually become a second nature thing to do, which suggestions Heath's Joker was in an asylum and broke out recently. Just knowing that made it a whole lot more tolerable.
