Whats your greatest accomplishment?what do you guys consider to be your greatest feat, or are you currently dealing with one now?whats your uphill battle?how do you plan on coming out on top?

Surviving junior high.

Surviving elementary school.

I went on a manhunt once. I just got back from Nam. I was hitchhiking through Oregon. Next thing I know there's a bunch of cops chasing after me through the woods! I had to take them all out, it was a bloodbath!

beating Ninja Gaiden 2 for the NES

Losing total of 103~ lbs during my first year of active exercise (around -1/3 of my total bodyweight) and running unofficial marathon several years later.

Next accomplishment is to participate in World Marathon Majors in either London or New York City. Not hoping to win $500,000 tho.. ^_^

I had one or two days each month I could eat trash food or anything with high amount of carbohydrates (sweets, soda)
Changed my diet to alot of proteins and iron - mostly meat - with right balance of vegetables (max 2 decilitre /day) and berries (max 1 dec /day)
No fruits at all, too much fructose, replaced source of vitamins with other things such as dietary supplements
Alot of good fats from walnuts and hazelnuts, started to use only vegetable fat or olive oil with fried/oven food

/e: Oh and didnt eat corn food, such as white bread, spaghetti/macaroni etc. It's all just real "junk food"; makes you feel full but gives you nothing important, just edema

And ofc exercise, started with walking so I wouldn't f*ck up my knees
After some weight was gone I started jogging/running and rollerblading with sticks

I wanted to do it in as healthy way as possible so it took me almost a year, but was well worth it.

Wow, yeah that's amazing. It definitely takes willpower. I've been following this program for about 2 months now and lost 15 pounds so not bad. I've been really half-assing it lately though. And I was suppose to give up dairy for a month, but yeah I couldn't do that. I love cheese and yogurt too much (:

Don't give up ! And if you go with low carbohydrate diet you don't need to stop eating cheese and yoghourt. You can't really stop eating dairy completely or you don't get calcium for your heart and bones, unless you replace it with dietary supplements. The whole idea of it is that your body will start burning fat (calories) as energy instead of carbohydrates, resulting loss of weight.
Cheese is alot of calories, but if you don't gain carbohydrates to 'balance' it, it's ridicilously easy to get rid of calories. This is also why you may feel more exhausted than normally; your body tries to get used to lower amount of carbohydrates.
Besides, there are alot of yoghourts in grocery store with low amount of carbohydrates !
