I hope...the story doesn't become that extreme. I'm a fan of subtle science fiction, not: "CLONES, ROBOTS AND LASERS!!!!".

Ah, so it seems. I don't really follow that series so I haven't gotten the full story on this. In any case, the idea behind that is still similar.

Well, not that it matters anymore, really.

In my personal head canon (which follows all of RE's canon up to RE 5), RE 5 never happened and everything that happened after that will never happen. It's basically just in stasis.

It still feels just...wrong....for Wesker to have had a child, if it was through the natural way (but being RE, it could be ways I've said before: IVF, test tube babies, genetic engineering, etc).

I agree, ridiculous in effect and absurd they want us to earn 'em.

Yeah, the skill system sucks. I mean, hey, let's turn RE into a RPG and have us gather XP so we would upgrade our skills and feats and then our skill with a gun will be better, right? Sucks ass.

I thought that the forced length sucked hard in 6. They had many places which they just wanted to fill with whatever, so they just let you fight a helicopter or shoot at a million of Javos. Or have a tank fucking CHASE you around, which was the peak of ridiculous.

I also hate how everything around you is just falling apart and you are always in this haste where not only you can't even look around yourself to see where the hell are you at even, you also need to mash buttons endlessly to escape something falling or whatever.

^I guess that's what y'all get when a horror franchise becomes a predominant action saga.

Am I one of the only people that liked everything about RE6 and have nothing to complain about cause:
1. the graphics don't make the game casue if that was true the old mario, zelda, and sonic would stop being sold
2. the aiming was the same in RE4 and RE5 so no reason to complain on that
3. If you would remember the old RE games was dark too but due to lack of graphic engineering it was brighter
4. I didn't have to fight the camera at all
5. you couldn't drop or share weapons in RE5 anyway
6. as for the reaction to bullets they feel no pain so why would they react the zombies are the "LIVING DEAD" meaning MOSTLY NOTHING WORKING then the j'avo are like super humans so they can take more hits before feeling anything
7. the thing about sherry's healing being used in the game would defeat the damn point of the herbs in the first place so why give the player the ability to use it.
8. there is barely a game where the vehicles didn't move with trouble unless you are playing a racing game
9.the atmosphere was perfect compare to the other RE games which its another reason for it being dark
10. they brought back the zombies they use to have with a few changes from the simple slow moving zombie to the transforming fast moving crimson zombie then to many different forms in RE6

so all in all i don't have a reason to hate or even dislike it so to me i have to say its the best RE game since RE4

I'm certainly surprised to see a person who has joined here before me but whom I have not actually met before. Hi.

In any case, it's pretty neat to see someone have such a positive attitude towards the game

Hi, Down told me about this a few months after setting up when we both still got on Xfire and i haven't been on in a long time and this is the first post i have done since I been back but that's beside the point the point is RE6 has faults yes but so does every game but that's nothing to fuss about unless its REALLY big errors like falling though the floor or even when it wont let u start a mission but even those are questionable casue they can be passed off as a glitch. I wish people would think before they fuss about something like complaining about a game that is superposed to have dark lighting from the first game but couldn't based on how old it is so they put it in a newer game of it >.>

I've the same feeling. Even though I hate the Simmons' parts and the Leon/Ada stuff, It's still a good game. I'm still not sure what the fuss is about. Regardless, I like the older and newer RE games equally.

Though, what they could've done was include all four "Main" characters into the game. Leon with Claire, Chris with Jill, Sherry with Jake, and of course Ada. I remember playing the Darkside chronicles and witnessing Claire's possible "jealousy". Even though Claire's been off the action, Viral Campaign shows us that she still trains with Chris.

if you are referring to horses bobbing in and out the ground and random dragons falling from the sky dead then yeah they kinda need to fix that
