Nah, this is not Final Fantasy. I doubt that any of the main characters will die.

That's retarded. When has Resident Evil been more about the cinematics than it has about the actual game part of the game? Resident Evil 5? Out of the 600 people working on Resident Evil 6, probably 200 are working on the damn cutscenes.

Main Characters never die. But I really got shocked about Wesker's death. Cause he is one of the main.

I wouldn't be too sure. Sherry, Jake and Piers don't seem just like filler characters (Helena does) which leads me to believe that capcom are polishing them to be the new generation of RE heroes. Killing off Chris, Ada, or any other heavy hitters (like Claire or Jill) sounds like something that they might do. The idea isn't retarted, just maybe not as possible. But the possibility exists, and it's not dumb fanboy thinking that leads to assume so.

I don't think they're going to kill off Chris, Ada, or Leon, they're just too iconic to kill. As possible as you make it out to be, I don't think they'll go that far for the sake of drama and shock value. If you guys are right, then I'll be your bitch for a year.

There are also characters they haven't touched for a while like Rebecca and Billy, but I have a feeling that after this, Capcom will be expected to have flesh out Resident Evil games with multiple campaigns like they did back in the day. So Jake, Sherry, Piers, and what have you could all be possible protagonists, I don't doubt that; but killing off main characters just doesn't sound like Resident Evil to me.

But on the note of characters dieing... Ada should die. I like Ada don't get me wrong but she should just die. I want to see Leon's reaction at her death being real next time around. No, the spy will not be making a comeback.

Yes. "Heroes Never Die" but I guess, "Villians Does" It's just a shame that Wesker is not around anymore. I'm really not into his son, Jake. But I do, like his campaign. I guess I'm going to try it first
