Degeneration and Damnation both say at the start that they are "based" of the Resident Evil games.
Although they follow the games there was no information in front of my eyes that said they where.
I consider them cannon but if I was claim that up front on there and it wasn't there would be a uproar, so if I'm unsure about anything I don't say it is and I don't say it isn't.
Staying neutral the best way. |

| They both are canon. Degeneration is featured in Archives II and Damnation, by the word of Capcom, is chronologically set between 5 and 6.
The only CG movie that has not been confirmed canon is 4D-Executer, as Capcom doesn't want to make a statement on its canonicity.
I think any official tie-in, if not proven otherwise, is canon by default. |

| Well for me, I'd have to agree with Missy on this. There is definately something different about Ada this time. And from what I heard Missy, you could be right about her being a clone too. From what I've read from a post on the internet though reHorror, the Resident Evil Damnation movie will go clearer into this.  Resident Evil Damnation is a prequel set directly before Resident Evil 6. Ada states that she is working and has been sent by the BSAA. This could be a ruse though, to try and gain Chris's trust, but I can't be certainly sure.  Apparently, the post on the internet does say that he 'strongly believes we'll get a glimpse of the "clone" Ada, which will lead into Resident Evil 6'. (Hence why I double-agree with Missy).  My copy of Damnation has been dispatched by Amazon and should be with me in the next few days...so until I watch it, I just have to take the information I read off the internet. Now, in regards to Resident Evil 6, there will be an Ada scenario once the other 3 main scenarios are completed (Leon/Helena, Chris/Piers, and Jake/Sherry). But what her scenario involves is still a mystery... But as your gut-feeling says Missy, I agree that Ada is up to no good. Especially if the last picture I have uploaded is anything to go by...very suspicious...    |

OMG, I knew it! For the first time that I saw the Damnation newest trailer I was really confused by her statement that she's been sent and working on BSAA. | Could be... I wasn't even aware of Ada's clone until I read that article just a little before.  So I'm just wondering which direction this is going to take Leon, since he does have feelings for her after all. Wonder if he will know which is the 'right' Ada? |

after watching ada's campaign from livestream, now i know... to my opinion...Ada doesnt belong to anyone , yes true she once fell in love with Leon, but I dont think she love Leon NOW , maybe she like him or love? i dont know.. she's always teasing bad jokes about him behind his back.. sad... i guess only Leon showed his feeling for her... hmm maybe Leon needs to upgrade himself to be better than ada wong because she always one step above from him ... They need to make Leon a bad ass almost superman protagonist stronger than ada wong so that she won't look down at him lol .
