At least in RE5 the weapons are shown on your back @DXP: It must've been the truck driver because the zombie that bit him was skinny. |

It has, and is still true.
I thought it was funny how in ORC, in that cutscene where you see Leon and Claire in the squad car like in the RE2 intro, the backseat zombie didn't resemble Leon at all.
I wonder if they did that on purpose. its probably the same reason that they changed Barry in REmake, i think Capcom changes things like that because they considered "flaws" so they prefer to leave these "flaws" for the past. |

I already answered why it has nothing to do with flaws =P as for changing Barry in REmake obviously when you have the ability to upgrade characters to look life like characters will look different to their cartoony selves from the original game, i've noticed that despite how many games in the series have being released nothing has topped REmakes graphics and also notice that after REmake came out every RE game's art assets are more or less on par with it? In terms of graphics REmake really topped it to the point nothing has beaten it. |

oh yea i agree with that for sure, but for me and possibly other people, my biggest problem with Barry in REmake was how they got rid of his cheesy one liners. which is what i meant by the "flaws" |

| Gaiden is pure awesome. Beat it twice and played it even more times.
It isn't canon, though. Barry needs to appear in a new canon game. |

REmake, re0 snd re4 were all the best when it came to graphics. I liked the character models too, they had so much life in those games. Same with CVX. Versus how they seem to lack that life in games like UC and DSC for instance. |

Unlike how slow some are. The ones in RE2 and RE3 are terrible. And dont even get me started on Outbreak. |

| The fact that some weak doors can't be kicked down yet they were still locked? Broken knob hall anyone?
And that you never cross paths with various characters while in the mansion, police station, or lab except during crucial moments.
And how in res 2 when items are able to replicate themselves for the B scenario (Wolf and Eagle medals) along with never crossing with Mr. X in the A scenario. |

Outbreaks was more to do with the situation though, it was a real time survival horror co-op game and I think it worked perfectly, since in a real life situation you can't just hit the pause button to look through your inventory. The one thing I loved about 1's inventory was the 3D check items, 2 and 3's were ok to me anyway and besides REmake was to improve everything RE had to offer and it surpassed that. - Nobudy wrote:

It's game logic, of course you can't just kick a weak door down Leon/Claire haven't the logic to do so its there to make the environment work to fit in with the atmosphere its an overrun police department where doors are locked everywhere, people died doors would have being nailed shut/locked to prevent anything from getting further into the precinct. Pretty much everything you have said is all game logic coming to think of it =P the reason why they never cross paths is as you put it due to crucial moments, think about this in Resident Evil 1.5 Leon never met Elza and Elza never met Leon only each others support cast. 3 I think did that a bit better since we do see Carlos running away from a pack of zombies and Nicholai gunning down zombies at some point while Jill is exploring. The puzzles once again game logic its to do with replay value but I do agree with the medals in Scenario B they should already be in the slots not in different locations again. |

True it was cool of them to put in more crossing in 3. Meh I had no idea that Leon and Eliza never interacted. That sucks... |

I agree (they aren't my favorite parts but I agree that they sound great). Especially in REmake. |

| @DXP, that's true, the real time stuff, but even still, you have to wait like an entire 2 or 3 seconds after pressing START for you inventory to show up in Outbreak. Real time or not, that unresponsivness is unnacceptable.
File#2 worked better, as in there wasn't that stalling lag that it had, but it still has nothing on the REmake's inventory. It was like butta. |

I think the time was drastically increased if the game was installed to the hard-drive attachment sony made for the ps2 back then, but then again I never had that never mind the usage to play it online. Agreeing with the REmake inventory it was just in your face as soon as the button was pressed =P |

| Speaking of crossing paths. I wonder why Mr.X and Birkin didn't run into each other at one point through out the precinct?
Random post: I thought Mr.X temporarily helping you on Outbreak file 2 was the best thing I've seen in RE. |

They actually did, in the comics. |

| It was the Japanese RE2 series. Furthermore, Birkin met Nemesis in the RE3 series of comics. |

| It actually looks like one of Birkin's forms. The one you fight in the Leon B senario during the part when Ada goes unconscious. |
