Best Console for RE

...and now the PS3 is ruling the RE market.

Nintendo still has their fair share, though. Revelations pretty much balances the fact that PS3 is getting the Chronicles. Well, unless Portable actually gets released at some point.

I think that was just changed into Revelations, because we haven't heard anything since it was announced at E3 in 2009.

That is one scenario. Still, there's some hope for PSP users as it's development could as well have just transferred to the Vita.

For me probably the SNES and PS2, although the N64 is close because it has some of my favorite games (zelda).

I still say the Wii is, since it can play every GC game in addition to the Wii exclusives. If the PS3 had REmake, then I guess I would say that would be the best one (if it was backward compatible of course), even though I don't own one.

Oh, and the GC/Wii versions of RE4 look better than the 360/PS3 versions, which I guess is a plus if you care about that sort of thing.

The only RE games Wii/GC have exclusive are REmake and Zer0. While REmake is cool, the PS3 can still play the original so it's fine for me.

It's the same deal as was with the Revival Selection. Both games on the same disc and/or downloadable on the PSN.

i really liked them all on gc as well for some reason.

so i guess i might have to buy that damned jap version just to have a physical copy of re4/cvx in hd.

didnt somebody mention that theres no region code difference on it?

i would hope to play it.

This generation's consoles are region coded but the games are not.

What this means is you can play PS3/360 games from around the globe but cannot play older (like PS1 or Xbox) games outside your region on those.

the Ps3 biohazard revival is region free, the 360 is not, just checked

Wait i thought you were talking about the HD ports of cvx and re4....only being in japan or something.

i do want the Chronicles hd too though. but i need a ps3 fuirst.
