The full title of the film is Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City, which is kind of lame IMO.

Haha yeah the title is corny for sure. I do like how much he emphasizes the importance of the tone. I have also seen some of the cast talking about monsters that will be appearing in the movie and it gives a lot to look forward too, one in particular I didn't expect to see that I am super pumped for!

It will be coming out a few days before my birthday. I know this movie won't be as great as the game franchise. However I am looking forward to it! I hope the theaters will remain open so I can go and see it!

They cast is good, IMO. I don't think it's smart trying to fit the events of RE1 and RE2 into the same film, because we all know this will be around two hours in length, but we'll see.

Lol I drifted away for a while. I do sometimes come check out the forums right before or after a new release to see others thoughts. The last time I posted something it was about Vendetta back in 2017. But no one said anything. Lol Like I said in another post, I am happy to see that this place has stayed around! Kudos to you for taking such good care of it. So many OG members haven't been on here in a while it seems. I'd like to think they all pop in every once in a while. The cast does seem pretty good. I agree that adding them together could cause issues and be forcing too much at once. It might have worked better if they did RE0/RE1 and then a sequel that perhaps merges RE2/RE3 together? But adding both RE1 and RE2 will be hard... Unless they have plans for a part 2.

Why didn't they just call it "Resident Evil: Raccoon City"?
