Damon Baird
While most didn't think he could take on the lead role in a Gears of War game, both the character and the voice actor shows it's audience that Damon is more than capable of commanding a higher role in the franchise.
Best Female Lead
Lara Croft
Honestly, there aren't many female leads out there, but Lara proves that strong action heroes can not only be women, but can carry actual weight. Her transformation from an archeology student to a survivor was a ride that had to be experienced this year.
Outstanding Story
Bioshock Infinite
It goes without saying, no good game is without a strong story, to explain how remarkable the story is won't give it justice. It is a must.
Best character development
Bruce Wayne
When it comes to character development, I think about how the characters were from the beginning and how different their trials were by the end of the game. Bruce Wayne was tamed by his adventure, he realized he couldn't do everything by himself and he realized how human he was.
Best music
Dead Space 3
The music has to affect the player. When the music in Dead Space 3 blends in with the gameplay, so much so, that you feel empty if you turn it off. The epic proportions by the events are amplified with the music.
Best graphics
Dead or Alive 5: Ultimate
I know that Dead or Alive 5 is technically last years game, but the graphics still are some of the best in the market. Dead or Alive 5 really doesn't just try it's hardest to make the most realistic looking fighter, but the most realistic looking game.
Best voice actor
Troy Baker
I'm not all too impressed by his voice talent as either Joel nor Booker, but I was surprised with his job as the Joker in Arkham Origins. Most Joker voice actors are horrible, Baker nailed it.

Courtnee Draper
Everything about Elizabeth is important to bringing her character to life: the exceptional voice talent Courtnee brought to the game, was a main component to her character.
