Another good in-game recording program is WeGame. You can also do screenshots with it and have a choice of uploading all your videos/ screens to you WeGame profile page where they can be viewed by anyone, like xfire without the option of chatting. However, in the past I've found recording with xfire to be somewhat buggy.
