| Wait, what has the dog to do with this?
The whole point of this thread was to collect horror game franchises. We have seperate threads for the best horror games and such.
I assume Haunting Ground is similar to Clock Tower as it was originally developed as Clock Tower 4. The game actually took some elements from the beta build of RE4 too. |

I assume Haunting Ground is similar to Clock Tower as it was originally developed as Clock Tower 4. The game actually took some elements from the beta build of RE4 too. The difference is that in all of the Clock Tower games you can't protect yourself - the only thing you can do is run away from your enemies, but in HG you actually use the dog as a weapon. You're definitely not defenseless.Maybe it doesn't make much of a difference for some people, but they definitely don't have the same type of gameplay.True - HG was supposed to be CT4,but in the end it was made as a different game.I don't want to start an argument or anything - I just think that HG and RoR don't really belong to the Clock Tower franchise. |

| I uhh... what? I'm not even trying to argue about anything. I have played these games, I know what the differences are.
What I'm trying to say is that this discussion has nothing to do with the actual topic. |
