Is he like the newest William Birkin in this generation? Well, no wonder he is. For the fact that Birkin also invented the horrible G-Virus that spread the whole Raccoon City. Let's meet Derrick C. Simmons the one who creates the deadly C-Virus.



Derek C. Simmons was a presidential aide to Adam Benford, advising him on national security
matters such as the threat
of terrorism. He seems to
be a possible antagonist in Resident Evil 6, as it seems he could possibly be
responsible for the
creation of the new
pathogen the C-Virus as well as the outbreaks in Edonia, Tall Oaks, and Lanshiang. Leon S. Kennedy also accused him
of being the one who
infected the president. He
is shown in the E3 Trailer
with a woman named Carla Radames. He appears to be associated with an
organization known as
"Neo-Umbrella ", a reference the fallen Umbrella Corporation.
