Chronicles HD Collection gets a release date and a trailer
The upcoming PS3 HD port of the Chronicles games finally have a date! The bundle will be available on PSN June 26th for $26.99/€26.99/£21.99. If you want to have only one, though, you'll have to wait till July 17th when they are available seperately for $14.99 and the amount is the same in other regions.
Here's also the new trailer that shows some of the move controls.
For those who have waited for the game to be released on PC, it's out now. The game is available on Steam for 39.99€/49.99$ and the retail version is available at your local gamestore.
Furthermore, there will be no Gold Edition. The PC port is the last version of the game there will be. [source]

For those who are eagerly waiting for the upcoming Devil May Cry game, you might have to wait for a little longer. The game has a release date and people won't be getting their hands on it until January 15th 2013 (North America and Europe).

Capcom is holding a Resident Evil survival event in Tokyo, Japan where people can try and survive in an abandoned RE themed hospital where they are locked away for the course of the competition. The event will run from July 19-August 31 and tickets start at 3,150 yen.
I've reported on this game here in my previous news posts but now the game's website has more info on the characters. For those who are unfamiliar with the title, it's an upcoming team based crossover TRPG for the 3DS starring characters from Capcom, Namco Bandai and Sega franchises. The game is a spiritual successor for the PS2 title Namco x Capcom.
The site now has full profiles on the RE team: Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine.
Other familiar characters consist of Dante from DMC teaming up with Demitri from Darkstalkers, who just happens to be a vampire and a demon lord. We'll also be seeing Frank West from Dead Rising teaming up with Hsien-Ko, also from Darkstalkers, who is a chinese zombie. I'm really looking forward to how these unlikely teams will work out.
Judging by the screens, enemy characters will include Ooze from RER and the infamous T-002.
This is not Resident Evil related in any way so I left it at the end. I'm taking this up because the game deserves more attention. Sound of Silence is a pretty ambitious project trying to deliver the ultimate survival horror experience. The game, when finished, will monitor what you do and how you react to things to change the game according to your fears.

Nice work posting this info . RE6's box art does look a little plain, but oh well. Just 5 more months until release . I can't wait for the chronicle games too. $26.99 isn't all that bad for the bundle. I would love to add those in my collection. Also, that survival event sounds so much fun. Why couldn't they have an American event . Well at least DmC finally has a release date. I'll keep an eye out for that as well. Who knows, it may actually turn out to be a really good game.

i wish whe would see claire in resident evil 6,but at least whe have sherry,anyway sound of silence seems pretty good,i will have a close eye on the game

This is brilliant, thanks Mass for posting this information, so Capcom already confirmed that Claire & Jill is not having a involvement on RE6.
