There seems to be quite a few interesting pieces coming and going this year. Hopefully you are not getting tired of these recaps and updates I keep posting every now and then
I know quite a few here (me included) are fans of the Walking Dead series. The game is being developed by Telltale Games and will be brought to us in 5 seperate episodes. The first episode is already up and they are getting released on Steam, PSN and XBLA with each being $4.99 or £4.00, depending where you live.
You all propably know him as the father of the Resident Evil franchise, the renowned game designer Shinji Mikami parted ways with Capcom back in 2004 and established his own vg company called Tango Gameworks in 2010. The latest issue of Famitsu tells us that he is now working on a new survival-horror title with his new company. The game is currently known as "Zwei" (not to be confused with the German word meaning "two") but nothing else has been revealed, except for a pice of concept art.
Thought I'd add this here if anyone is interested. Screwattack is challenging 6 different gaming websites during this year and next up is Dorkly, known for it's game parody animations. The even will be in New York on May 1st and everyone is invited. Go check the thing if you happen to be around, the site will only show the highlights of the event later on. The challenge will be three games, chosen in the video below.
This game (Lollipo Chainsaw) is coming from Suda51, known for games like Killer7 and No More Heroes. The trailers aren't that new but I thought I'd add them because the chances than anyone has seen these is slim.
That's all for this time! I also posted a couple of cool ORC related videos in the Pictures and Videos section so check those out if you're interested. Oh, and I got a mail that my PS3 has finally been sent back to me. Yay!

Suda51 also produced Shadows of the Damned, a hybrid game from the creators of No More Heroes, Resident Evil 4, and music from Silent Hill. I know Lolipop Chainsaw is going to be a quality game.

I've seen Lolipop Chainsaw trailers like a year ago. Looks interesting. I'm also excited about E3 and mainly the fact that Shinji Mikami is making another survival horror game . Also, is there another link for RE6 gameplay talk? I can't see it on G4's site for some reason.

I seen that Walking Dead game on Steam for a long time, so THAT'S what it is. lol
And it's good to see Shinji making the game he wants to make, instead of following the stupid ass trend of making games about action.

I'll be keeping a very close eye on Mikami's game. Today's generation needs more survival horror games.

I love The Walking Dead. Just downloaded Episode 1 (Game) tonight on XBLA. It's about 2 hrs and 30 minutes long but it's really good and well-written. Can't wait for the next episode.
