Sorry she forgot about those who enjoy awful RE games.

Very tight but its RE Original for me. It was between that and REmake but I chose the Original purely because ive played it far more and it brings back loads of memories.

Remake. It perfected RE for me and I played it even more than the original. The original, RE2 and CVX are pretty damn close.

And Gaiden was Awful with a capital A.

@Terror, yeah, the BGM's have always left so much more of an impression than, the lack of music in REmake. It did just fine with the thunder and lighting, and quiteness, and simply hearing zombies moan, or the occasional BGM's...but there is just something about hearing Mansion 2F and all that jazz.

Come on....You REALLY think Gaiden is good? Sure it's a kinda a rare title and not everyone has played it but GOOD?! No, not at all. And Survivor.....Oh yeah lets make RE a FPS great idea

I enjoyed Survivor a lot and I never played Gaiden but I watched Mass play it and it looked cool.

I also enjoyed Survivor (might go through it again sooner or later) and Dead Aim (part of the Survivor series) is one of my favorite RE games.

Gaiden is kind of a hit or miss game. You like it or hate it. I personally liked it, A LOT. Otherwise I wouldn't have made a Let's Play of it nor would I have finished it twice. I still want to have the game for myself so I'd be able to play it on my GBC.

I loved Survivor BTW. I was so anxious to get it at one point, the story seemed super interesting, and I just had to have it. A good friend of mine actually got it for me, I was most pleased.

I might give it another playthrough soon, as the first few times I've played through it, I didn't have a Ps1 Mem Card. I do now, so I'd like to take advantage of whatever you get when you complete and save the game, I think your handgun's carry over or something....not sure.

Maybe I'll just watch Winters play through, that way it's hitting two birds with one stone.

What about the Dead aim? I am the only one who likes it? I guess so...

Funny thing that almost always goes unnoticed: It was DA that first implemented the over the shoulder camera angle in RE, not RE4.

Yeaaaaaaahhhh. Dead aim is roooooock. Why it is always unnoticed? Its a cool game guys. Bruce is great.

I had noticed that. And I've brought it up in some of the ridiculous RE4 debates I've been in.

That is true but most people have never played it and most RE fans that have would rather forget it did exist. I'm not saying it to be mean but I just HATE HATE HATE (RRRRAAAGGGEEEEE!) those games.

Yeah! The over the shoulder camera angle its originated on Dead aim! The RE4 is Copy Cat!

I'd hate Dead Aim if I extra failed at it too, just like you Heart. Don't come in here bashing DA, jerk.

Woah. Who's to say I failed at it. I sat through that horrible abomination of third person walking around to "OMG LETS SWITCH TO FIRST PERSON VIEW!" every time an enemy appeared. Also, the story line in both were subpar. I think I hate it more than I should due to the people that say it's such a great game. Atleast DA was a "light gun game" that actually let you use the light gun for it unlike Survivor.

Blame those two guys that shot up their school...Columbine.

Otherwise, I didn't even use the light gun for DA anyway.

The only real complaint that I have about DA, is the VA, and that's for everybody except Morpheus. Bruce and Fongling sounded ridiculous, I hate them both.

Morpheus is very much like a certain, space oddity, if you catch my drift, and was a lot of fun to see in the game. Even after he mutated.

With his breasts and heels. (Seriously, did he grow heels into his feet?)

My only complaint for the game was the subtitles that you couldn't turn off. They didn't match the lines one bit.

I don't know if it was the European version or if I'm just derping really bad but I couldn't find an option that would let me do that.

Loved Dead Aim. Cant understand the hate for it. Morpheus was a cool character and a bit mental.

Same goes for Survivor. Alot of people say its the worst in the series, but they obviously havent played Survivor 2 or Gaiden.
