That sucks about Rick dying. I'm amazed he got that far into the comic series. That has fans of the TV show worried, but they tend to change the story so much, and his death could be skipped completely.

No, it doesn't have fans of the TV show worried, since Rick's departure from the show happened months ago in the season 9 mid-season finale (Kirkman made sure to state in Letter Hacks that Rick's death in the comic wasn't a result of it) and, as I said, he's not dead, just gone.

Wow, that came unexpectedly. I wanted and expected to see more of the upheaval within the Commonwealth following Rick's death, not have it suddenly jump 25 years into the future.
I love how Kirkman kept the series' finale secret and trolled us by soliciting covers for the next three issues, though. Well played, Robert, well played.
