Resident Evil Remake in Tomb Raider:

Hi people. I am a Tomb Raider fan as well as RE and I'm currently creating a level that is used with the TR4 engine but I have ripped the zombies from RE1-3 and textured them. Also here are Claire and Jill's outfits. Please comment

[i]I think it'll be a cool thing. Think about it, there's already been dinosaurs and other odd creatures within the game. So why not add zombies and such.

*nods* I agree. I'm trying to make the Tyrant/Nemesis/Hunter/Licker/Crimson but they just move like mummies so I have to create animations from scratch :L

Well if they add zombies to tomb raider, it wouldnt be a 12 it would turn into a 15 which will make it harder for younger people and make young tomb raider fans unhappy plus it wouldnt be the same, in my opinion the old tomb raiders r better then the new ones, same with RE

Otherwise, the idea sounds pretty cool. I've played a few of the Tomb Raider games, and I think it would be awesome playing as BSAA Jill...perhaps being sent to Egypt or where ever.

I only took a quick look at the first one, as it was being really slow, I'll get around to the others, but yeah, it was Claire, looked pretty good I guess....it was Claire from RE2, are you going to be doing an original thing or a TR version of RE2?

It's not a 1:1 remake, the TR engine is certainly not the RE engine, for example I cannot make "Trenchy" from RE2. I have tried but
a) he kills you in one hit
b) he messes up the textures
c) he gets stuck in statics (objects)

Hehe It's going good now, I have finished the City level and I'm building the police station now

Anyway, are you going to post a youtube vid up with gameplay and all that, perhaps have some RE2 music in the background?

Yep But I don't believe in releasing footage etc until the part I'm working on is finished

Okay people. I am officially finished the Streets of Raccoon City level, I'll post some screenshots on here soon as soon as Photobucket starts working.

i agree with jay they should add zombies to tomb raider and that will make tomb raider better
