| Racoon City is in the Midwest of America. I heard the fictional city is based in the state of Colorado? Is this true? |

Interesting question...I always thought that Raccoon would be somewhere in Illinois (excepting that IL is somewhat too flat). Upstate New York would fit the bill for geographical appearance as per Nite. |

| Well New York isn't far from the midwest. Remember that a Japanese company makes RE. Sometimes they don't get their geography spot on. |

| The Midwest is a fair treck from NY. Well maybe not as far as the West Coast but its quite some distance to cover by car. |

| You DO know that Colorado isn't part of the midwest either right? New York is basically on the edge of the midwest. I'm not even sure where I heard New York though to be honest. It would fit though. I guess Raccoon City could potentially be in any of the midwest states. |

| Hmmm, I think that New York sounds good, but it does say 'midewest', as I recall in RE0 it said, "A midwestern town in America, Raccoon City", maybe it means a town in the mid west of the state....hmmm, not sure but all I know is that New York sounds good, but wasn't the town not very industrialized until Umbrella came about, which might go better with a more midwestern state instead of New York... |
