Youtube - Black Screen

Before I start asking for any help with this problem, I have in fact check all over google and couldn't find an answer.
Any youtube video I go to, the screen is black. Like, this is what it looks like.

Spoiler:

There is no bar to play the video, to see change any settings or anything. The video doesn't even start. I've tried everything.

Reinstalled flash player.
Deleted cache, browsing history, cookies, etc.
Looked all over google and yahoo answers.


Any ideas what the hell is going on with this?
Oh yeah, I'm using chrome BTW.

It must be your browser, because I'm using Firefox and YouTube and Pornhub work fine for me.

Chrome seems to be working fine for me. You should probably delete runescape though. It's known for causing YouTube problems.
