- I don't remember hearing or reading her (Jill's) name. Which was kind of annoying. For example why was Pier's and the BSAA Redshirt Army the only one's searching for Chris?
Why isn't Jill mentioned to be looking for him? Even in some throwaway line. I mean I understand in the context of 'it's a game' and that Piers is a player character, but Chris and Jill are long time partners in the series and the two clearly have deep feelings for one another whether it's romantic or not really doesn't matter, the two are clearly closer than mere acquaintances.
It gets even more bizarre when you remember in Resident Evil 5 that Chris never stopped looking for Jill. So what, does Jill not care about Chris at all? Is that what Capcom want us to take from this? And the same goes for Sheva. She should be mentioned explicitly by name that she's also looking for Chris, even if she doesn't appear.
It's lazy writing. If you can't keep continuity (in all aspects) with the media before the current one you shouldn't be getting paid to write fiction. You don't have to go in depth but if something doesn't make sense within it's own context (my point being that Jill would be looking for Chris) then it shouldn't be there. Very good point I think. 10 Points. I honestly think it's a shame Jill doesn't get to be part of the awesomeness that is RE6. She doesn't really fit in there anyway, but even just a referrence would've been nice. She's still the coolest, sexiest lady in RE. I hope RE7 has her as the main character, with RE6 old school controls. Maybe Barry or Carlos could fit in there...I'll probably go into more detail in the RE7 thread, if one exists. |

That's actually the first time I see someone proposing the idea of Barry and Carlos We should have a couple RE7 threads already. |

Go shoot yourself. We have enough Couple's threads dammit... And I don't mean Barry or Carlos, especially Barry, as a couple, but more as a partner. Though Maybe Jill's into Old men, like Wesker. I'm sure he had his way with her in RE5, when he was doing his experiments for her antibodies from the Nemesis stuff in RE3, that sum bitch. |

That's actually very interesting, I think. When was this? Damnation, Degeneration, RE6? Speak up now, be more specific please. |
