RE4 mercenaries tips ?

i'm going for the handcannon but struggle with leon ada and hunk, , i got 5* on all with wesker and krauser, should i ignore bosses and kill peons? its hard for me ti kill bosses and keep my combo up

It was a very long time ago when I got my handcannon. I remember the feeling I got when it said I unlocked it. What you can do is follow the RE5 strategy. At the start of every game, go and take all time bonuses, and leave the ones in the chests until there are tons of zombie grouped up. Usually killing an enemy with a melee attack such as a kick or suplex will offer extra points. Try killing the bosses while they are in a crowd of zombies so by the time you finished the crowd off, you've would of probably finished them off as well. The handcannon was a pain to get, but it's all worth it once you begin to rape with it.

Leon: Rely on grenades and point blank shotgun blasts to take out bigger enemies.

Ada: When fighting bigger enemies, the sniper rifle is your friend. Aim for the head.

HUNK: One shot in the head, neck breaker, one shot in the head, neck breaker... Just keep that going and your combo will be huge. Neck breaker kills the Bella Sisters in one go but not the other bosses. For the other ones, use grenades.

i just need 3 stages for leon and hunk, my issue is surviving , aiming is alot slower than RE5 ^^

Well, I survived pretty well with the tactics I just posted.

Just don't forget to pick up explosives when you see them.

Combo bonuses are the key to reach 5 stars in RE 4. I hope you know the time bonus locations. Although getting all the time bonuses on first few seconds is a good strategy , you would still have to run around map to collect combo bonuses. For leon, use grenades to stun bosses and shot gun at point blank range as mass suggested. I think water world would be tougher for leon. To slow down the boss, pass through hurdles in the map and use explosive barrels to cause heavy damage.By hurdles, I mean jump-throughs in the map, like the one in the centre of water world. Ada can be a pain to reach 5 stars. Good luck with her.
