can anyone draw if so can i have some tips

i'm making a crossover comic with resident evil and silent hill(shut up)and i need some tips on how to draw clair soooooooooooooo anyone(and dont tell me go to google i tried that and i thought you guys can help me)

Step 1: Sit down
Step 2: Practice
Step 3: ?????
Step 4: Profit!!

My teachers would always tell me that tracing is the first step to learn how to draw. Maybe try tracing her first? Or start with some basic sketching?

Practice, practice, more practice, bananas for potassium, practice and more practice. Oh a lot of patience.

Depends on what type of hair you'd like to draw. Realistic hair? Anime hair?

For realistic hair, you'd better practice very often. Observe closely and don't rush. Use the right shadings

For anime hair, you can start off by trying to copy it first. If you're not sure you're drawing it, look at it through a mirror to see any defects to it.
