Or since it looks like scientists tampered with the body after it was infected with the virus they stimulated his muscles with electricity and made him all pumped up. Or he was a body builder before he was infected. Who knows.

I like your explanation better then my own. But for some odd reason I just saw that thing as a scrawny B.O.W with wires in it and it slowly blowing up like a blow-up doll. Then the muscles popping into place with a surge of electricity about its' head like Frankenstein while the scientists all laugh evilly. Where has my mind gone these days?

He kind reminds me of N-Gin from the Crash Bandicoot series lol

Hell yeah if it's to,easy then there is not much of a point.

This guy would be alot scarier if the protagonists of the game didn't have superpowers though.

I hope we can play as him in Agent Hunt mode.

He did seem like a tough boss in the demo. Punches and kicks did little to no damage and ammo was scarce.
