A more reliable system, Bluray, the inane amount of AAA first party exclusives, rechargeable wireless rumble controllers out of the box, free online play, storage capacity that is unmatched in the console realm, a streamlined XMB, the capability to handle types of game the 360 just CAN'T (MAG, Dust 514 and Diablo 3 if they decide to port it over), etc. etc. etc. Oh, but you are right, 360 owners can play separate games and still talk to each other. What was I thinking? It just needs to be said, if you don't have a PS3, you aren't a true gamer. How can you be when you can't even play 90% of the games that are rated highest? By not owning a 360, you miss out on about 3 or so AAA games. That is just not worth the trouble of paying so much money for a system that will just break down. People need to stop hiding behind the veil of "preference" all the time.

I prefer the 360. Better exclusives imo.

Actually, when the conversation is on videogames, that is a good way of thinking. It's videogames. Calm down. Opinions on consoles in purely preference. Why should I care if PC gaming is superior? In terms of technology, PS3 is vastly superior to 360. That isn't an opinion, that's a fact. Sorry to sound rude, but that's just how it is. If someone prefers 360 for some aesthetic reason, though, I'm not going to bust their chops for it. I have both consoles and think both are great either way.

This. Right here. For the record, I think the PC is the best gaming platform. I'm not a PS3 fanboy. I think the original Xbox blew the PS2 out of the water. And if the next Xbox is best, I will go with that. Also, if I could, I would own a 360. I'm just a poor bastard. There have indeed been times when I was quite jealous of 360 owners. Make no mistake.

Wait, I was a little late getting a Ps2, but I think it's pretty damn awesome. I mean, the Xbox had those huge controllers that only the Incredible Hulk could play with.

And the game selection on the Ps2(with the backwards compabilities and DVD viewing posibilities) was probably overall better.

I remember not being able to play cool games like Bounty Hunter because I only had an Xbox at one point.

The Ps2 just had crappy graphics in comparision. Even to the GC.

Well the PS2 was out years before so any consoles out years later like the Xbox are bound to have better graphics.

yes it has glitches but not as many as 360 and with big games it's worse for 360 and Have you seen darksiders it rolls like crazy lot and it gives me a headache. But don't get me wrong I was a hardcore about 360 for five years or so, but ig I finally have enough reasons that are logical for me to switch to ps3 so I did. And if you havent seen the rolls watch the re 6 gamplay demo again and watch close it rolls and drives me crazy.

PS3 or Xbox 360. Both consoles are awesome and useful. Wii is the worst one

With graphics, both consoles' first party games are going to look the best most often. But the edge has got to go to PS3. Has anyone here even seen Heavy Rain or Uncharted or God of War? Gran Turismo 5? I really haven't seen anything on the 360 that has caught my eye. Maybe I haven't played the games with the best graphics, I don't know. I've seen Gears and Halo and Alan Wake. They aren't impressive from a graphics standpoint. Is there some other game that people refer to on the 360 with amazing graphics? Or even just graphics on par with the PS3 games I mentioned?

yes nie I agree 100% and yes I have seen uncharted and heavy rain and it blow my mind I can't wait for beyond. And just another question have you see the rolls in 360 games?

You must be the first person on the internet I see saying that. It's pretty much a general consensus that the PS3 versions of HD Collection and Downpour have glitched up way more than the 360 version. The developers are even making the patches with the PS3 versions in mind.

Seriously, I could not give a flying fuck about which console is better but what I do care about is facts.
