problem @ cvx (ps2)

I got a little problem, on cvx (ps2) when i try to get on the plane (airport 1F) after the bridge fight with the tyrant it tells me ''something is missing'' when i try to call the lift, but all the 3 crests are in.. i cant get on the plane what am i forgetting?
