| Well good news cut scenes work flawlessly no and the game runs but in game scenes that are acted out in game run at like triple speed. Kinda weird? |

| It's setup and runs fine just stuff runs at like double speed. So like I was saying the first sequence where Jill chris and wesker are discussing where Barry is and they hear the gubshot everyone's movement are extremely accelerated. Some people say you have to use a CPU slowing program so it'll run correctly. I tried one but even loading the CPU 100% it didn't slow the game at all. Interestingly enough checking the task manager when that program was loading the CPU 100% it showed roughly 24% load so maybe multiple instances of the program can load my quad core enough? |

| Honestly, I'm a bit lost. I only have RE2 as a PC version and even that has it's own problems. |

| One thing is, how did you run get RE1 to run lol ? I have a 64bit processor and can't load it so I dont play it on the PC Although I have had similar problems with RE2 and 3 One thing is need to configure the settings and keep trying different settings and see what ones run best Run in windows 98 COMP mode Try reinstalling ? Try downloading another version of RE1 maybe the version you have has a few bugs because I noticed if you dont have the full copy (aka with disk and case the legal way lol ) then downloaded version run funny almost all the time, they are never 100% clean Just put up with the problem ? dont use they programs they really do nothing they are a waste of time and some can be pretty doggy and mess your PC up
Here's basically all I can think of, Try some off the methods I pointed out and hopefully you will get it working okay But I think these problems are just bugs or that your pc is a bit too fast to play old games like these because My pc is like 20% or 40% faster than a quad core and games this old sometimes have speed issues
But I will try a different version also to see if its just your copy |
