Do you guys remember..

When we got this jem for the GC? I am replaying all my GC versions of RE atm, and i am still amazed by how it looks (as i was when it was released) I still hope for a RE2 & RE3 like this..

Same here! i think me and a shitload of others still wondering why they havent continued releasing those titles like 2 & 3.. i think if the gamecube had more love back than (than it has now!) maybe they would have? i have NEVER seen a PS2 title looking this good.. or on the XBOX for that matter.. is there??

Yeah the graphics on that REmake and RE0 were amazing, I wish they would have remade RE2 and RE3 but that would be just too much for them to do.

zero looks very good aswell together with the remake those are imo the best graphical RE's made up till today (oldskool style)


maybe it was to much?? but why.. i mean ive been a loyal RE fan since the start..(like many i guess) its to much to ask a RE2/3 in those styles^ ?

everyone kinda wants an re2 and re3 remake like the REmake.

i still find the idea kind of stupid though. why do we need an re series, and a remake series.

again, re1 and re0 are both technically remakes and both look amazing.

re4 and re5 are on par with that.

so if they remake re2 and 3, then that just leaves cvx looking all mediocre compared to the amazing graphics of all the other main series games...

it just seems a little unnecessary tbh.

and i know for a fact that ive mentioned how incapable capcom is of doing something as good as the REmake with re2 and 3.

cvx is worth redoing aswell.. imo

i think the games just deserve it (and we) lol cause they are such goooood games and with this tech and options available they should just do it. I dont think its stupid at all to redo a close to perfect game - with perfect graphics + a new installment in that ''style''

Yeah i hav it on Wii and it's prett damn good, haven't finnished it yet, mainly because i know what happens and i don't see a point in finnishing it in a hurry. Sorry all I can think about is Revelations at the moment.

Aside from thinking its kind of a stupid idea, i also would love to see it happen.

again though, like i said, i just feel like they wont match up. i feel like theyd be lazy with tons of details, and things like the music and VA were and still are great and memorable, and not in a jokingly make fun of it all the time like re1's dialogue.

i bet remakes of re2, 3 and cvx would just look pretty, but otherwise would be inferior to both the REmake and re2, 3 and cvx, respectively.

Well they just released CV on the next gen consoles, but yeah it would be cool to see it redone a little, like getting rid of the SUPER annoying voice acting of Alfed and Steve.

yea thats so capcom, they put in very little effort in the cvx so called hd version (imo) i just think its weird for such a serie that runs so long allready.. konami does that way better with MGS.

And adding the super annoying VA of Dc douglas as wesker.

that alone will make me never want a cvx remake, just so i dont have to hear douglas not only butcher the character's voice, but also rape waugh's dialogue...
