I think I liike Claire's intro and Leon's ending more, but both intros and endings are great.

They still mostly used Leon's ending with that song. They even used it in the original soundtrack cd. I don't think I've ever heard a version that would start with Claire saying her thing.

It's funny since I don't recall Leon ever making an attempt to take out Umbrella. Unless his mission in South America counts, but I don't think it does.

That makes what she says valid, but since Leon A Claire B is apparently non-canon . . .

But Claire says "Chris, I have to find you" in her ending.

It kind of was, but . . .
Wait, no, it had nothing to do with Umbrella I think. It just had to do with arresting Javier Hidalgo for drug trade and other things. Oh, and for his apparent use of the Veronica Virus.
By the way, I purposefully took ten minuets on the final boss of that game to get the bad ending, and it's one of the goofiest things I've ever seen in an RE game.
