No offense intended! My drummer and I have been working through all of the Resident Evil games in one-night stints... just finished "Code Veronica X" and about to move onto "Resident Evil 4"... When I get a chance I'll edit the video of us playing "Resident Evil 2"... it should be quite funny, especially when my drummer's girlfriend comes home hammered and starts talking bollocks. |

No problemo... Kind Regards, William Birkin She started thinking that I wasn't restless like her, I had to unstitch her mouth just to help her confide, And she bends, As she breaks down, I was waiting for, You to force my hand, Why won't you just say? She started asking herself 'what am I doing here?', I had to lie to myself just to keep her beside me, And she bends, As she breaks down, I was waiting for, You to force my hand, I grew so tired of similes and platitudes, Why can't you just spell it out? Why won't you just say? P.S. - That is an ace picture of a hunter you have there Mass Distraction. My drummer and I have started a new flat ritual of shouting "hunter!" at each other by way of a greeting following some of the scary-arse hunter attacks on "resident Evil Code Vernoica". |

Yeah I write all the lyrics for the band (I am the vocalist). I was told by someone I work with that it is really depressing, but it really wasn't meant to be... |

| Wait, you mean you are actually not just using Resident Evil for something without playing the games? That's...strange. Could you please talk to Paul Anderson? |

Hah! Hell no. I freakin' love Resident Evil. I was having a bit of a difficult debate with my drummer about which is the best the other day. A tough call... Personally, my favourite is Resident Evil 2 as it was the game that I remember playing most when I was younger. In terms of design I would go for Resident Evil 0. I think the graphics are ace and I quite like the switching between characters thing... Aside from that, you cannot deny Resident Evil 4 for sheer action-packed playability. I wouldn't compare it to the first three as it feels like a different type of game. |

| Meh, for me RE5 beats out RE4 on nearly every, if not every, level. But my favorite is RE1/REmake hands down. |

5 is classic for the two-player function. I haven't actually played the remake of the first game but I can imagine that it is ace. I saw some screenshots of the new sharks and they look sweet. Yesterday I was thinking that Resident Evil is a cool series because every game brings something new to the table. Which reminds me, what do you all think about this new first-person squad shooter Resident Evil that's coming out? - Quote :

Alongside lickers, hunters are the foes in Resident Evil that make me shit myself. Oh and the freakin' chainsaw guys for 4 and 5. |

| If you're talking about ORC, it's third person. Come to think of it, it's been a while since we last had a 1st person RE. You can check the Operation Raccoon City topic to find out what everyone thinks of it As of now, we know so little about it but I'm assuming (if done correctly) this game is gonna kick ass! Hmm... Gotta start making a Licker sprite. I'm currently working on Gulp Worm. |

| The REmake is definitely one of the best the series has to offer and I just don't think anyone could even argue against that point. And about ORC, if it is done well I think it will be great. Hopefully they put some heart into it. |

Heart may be what the games are lacking....with the past couple of releases, excluding DSC. REmake is awesome. It is great and replayable, but the way the extras are set up currently, with the likes of RE5, are pretty top-of-the-line. |
