| thats a good question.ive always wanted to know that.i would say he is amercan of english descent.i guess we will find out in the re5 alternative edition |

| I remember it saying that Spencer was a nobleman, like Edward Ashford... But I don't know...he was great with his Palpatine voice though.  |

But I don't know...he was great with his Palpatine voice though. lol I thought he sounded like Palpatine too. I hope in the Alternative Edition that they flesh out his story more, because we only heard about him in files prior to RE5. Although, I think there may have been a slight glimpse of him in a cutscene in the helicopter that Sergei is in at the end of Ada's level "Death's Door" in Umbrella Chronicles. |
