Difficulty Issues for RE0 Empty
PostSubject: Difficulty Issues for RE0   Difficulty Issues for RE0 EmptySun Sep 08, 2013 10:08 am

Last night, I beat Resident Evil 0 on Easy mode, and I got leech hunter. Now, I want to change it to normal so I can get the rewards like the closet key, SMG, and Rocket Launcher once I beat it again. If there is a way, how do I do it? Also, RE0 is my first of the classic Resident Evil 0 series (like 0, 1, 2, 3, and CVX), so if it's something obvious to do in the other games, bear with me.

Start a new game at the desired difficulty. You can't change the difficulty level of a save after completing it.

RE0 is from a different era of gaming, my friend. Unlike a lot of games today, it makes you work for your rewards. Smile

Except for RE2, It's easy to get an A-Rank once you know where to go and where all the key items are. With Code Veronica on the other hand, I hated that you're only allowed to save once. Use your break time wisely.

Also, its leisurely at the end of Rockfort Prt.1, no matter what.

Unfortunately, that "once" is after you beat the Tyrant.

What I mean is, you can't start the game on easy, get infinite ammo weapons, then up the difficulty level for the more lucrative rewards. You have to start from scratch.
