First hints of Resident Evil 7?

So. A supposed E3 poster for RE7 appeared on the internet yesterday. Could this be an actual E3 reveal that Capcom is planning or just another hoax leak like what we had with RE6 and the announcement that never came? We'll just have to wait and see.

That sentence propably means nothing, just like the pentagram in the RE6 viral campaign.

I can't say for sure, but even if it's real we won't be seeing the game until 2015.

It's like Steven Moffat, tricking you into thinking another- when actually is horse.

If this is truly the end, it would end with a bang, that's for sure.

I honesty hope this is fake, too soon to see a new title already.

They may announce it at E3. However, I do not think that poster/cover is legit. It looks to much like RE6's cover.

Where's the fellatio-loving giraffe? I hope RE7 isn't coming out too soon. Capcom needs to put some thought into how to make a satisfying RE experience.

Fake. I have no doubt that RE7 is in development as we speak, but it's way too soon for a reveal.

You don't think they'd even mention it at E3?

Next year's E3, maybe. At this point, it'd be in the area of around five or six months (at best) into development and that isn't much time to put together anything worth showing.

They could tease it with something like "this could totally happen". I mean, yeah, you are propably right but there's a slight chance it might be something. If anything, at least we now have a nice random RE logo made by someone.

Well it would be smart for Capcom to do this, if they get feedback early, they'll know ehat to fix, what works, what doesn't. They need to see crowd reaction to figure "Okay, this is good, we should keep going with this."

Sure, there's always a chance it might be something, but what is there to substantiate it? I'll wait for an actual announcement before I decide if there's good enough reason to get excited. But I don't really take what a developer claims might happen with much credence and prefer to see something in action.

What have we seen to give feedback on? How good their alleged logo looks?

No, I mean an eventual early reveal trailer.

I like how the 7 is designed like an axe. It's a clever design. I guess we'll find out soon enough if it's really happening.
