Maybe I'm just picky. It just bothered me because of her seeming forced on us. It's cool if other liked her though. As I've said, I didn't dislike her character as a whole, just the way she was used. |

Unfortunately I watched major scenes on youtube before I got the game, seeing Spencer, Jill's death, as well as Jill being birdlady, so a lot of my hype went down. |

| I would laugh if in the Spencer Estate scene, you see Sheva peeking in one of the windows just to get face time. |

It's in there, probably in the newer Wii versions...she's getting her face time, whether it makes sense or not. I really do wonder though, if they will continue to use her. |

Oh yeah, a little bit. I think that really started after RE4. Degeneration, his role in that, was....horrid. DSC was cool, I liked him narrating over DC Douglas. Have I ever mentioned that I didn't even realize Wesker was narrating UC until the Mansion Incident, when he said something in the 1st person....that's how horrible it sounded. |

At least "I" would know it would be done right. I wonder what's happened to Waugh, he's just dissapeared off the face of the earth since losing the role he made. |

That's pretty horrible, I'll have to try and upload something a bit...better, like not a recording on my phone. That was from The In Laws though. He's also in Animal 2, The Score, and .....that's all I can think of, other than the RoboCop tv show that used to be. |

I liked this idea, maybe when/if she is brought back she'd be completely different with a minor role or something. |

| Sheva is one of the reasons I wasn't a fan of RE5. It wasn't just the voice acting or the script (neither of which were very good, in my opinion), I simply feel that she is a completely extraneous and irrelevant character. I know she's supposed to be Chris' "guide" through Africa, but I don't find her necessary neither story-wise nor gameplay-wise, especially the latter.
With Sheva present in RE5, the feeling of solitude is gone. It's one of the many reasons RE5 isn't scary, because you have an AI partner tagging along with you the whole way. Not to mention, the AI partner wastes ammo, is oblivious to nearby enemies, and often gets in your way at the worst times. (I was battling Wesker a couple weeks ago, and just as I had shot a rocket at him, Sheva came running across the screen. The rocket hit HER instead, and Chris suffered splash damage. Unbelievable.)
Do I think she should come back? God no, I say let's bury everything that RE5 was and move on. |

| Aww, come on I won't even start defending her anymore. She's just there and always will be so we'll just have to deal with it. More characters = more fun. That is my unbiased opinion of the day. RE5 was an awesome game too. Well, as your name suggests the criticism might've been expected Seriously, I won't start writing novels here anymore :F |

| one thing relevant about sheva is that she brought chris an importance to 'let others live' OR 'never forget your loved ones' . . . if you look into chris' life, all chris thinks about is himself, leaving his comrades in raccoon city, jill and the others for his own intentions. . . Many has endangered their lives for chris.. jill, claire and sheva... just for the sake of killing wesker...
this is one work of capcom i'm proud of.. it's like a hidden message for chris and the RE fans.. i never saw this coming..
also i never thought of chris could be such an idiot |

| Wow, ace, just wow. I never thought about it that way. I hope you weren't sarcastic because that's some great stuff.
And Chris losing Jill in LIN propably made him really think about losing something. |

And Chris losing Jill in LIN propably made him really think about losing something. thanks... see i'm not just an idiot in the forums LOL.. but really i felt this sad emotion in the plane scene where sheva almost got killed falling with wesker in the volcano... those stuff were just sad and chris' emotional recaps of jill dying helped me think of that... 'i can't lose my partner again' ... it's just touching |

Do I think she should come back? God no, I say let's bury everything that RE5 was and move on. @Ace: Chris is not selfish in the least. He did not leave his comrades in Raccoon City. He was trying to bring Umbrella down and Jill left for a time as well. Chris was fighting for the greater good, which was not saving Raccoon City or anyone in it (which never happened anyway). He was focused on preventing another catastrophe from occuring. @Harsh: Feeling that Sheva did not belong in the game is a valid concern as many feel the same way and it really is true. But saying the voice acting and script was not good is reaching. Though D. C. Douglas isn't some people's cup of tea for Wesker, he still did a good job as always. And Irving's voice actor was arguably the best the series has ever seen. You could feel the passion he had for the role every time he spoke. Every character in the game had a very good voice actor. And the script was fine with me and very great in certain parts. Like Wesker's philosophical thoughts on the world, the whole jet scene, the scene with Wesker and Spencer, and probably the best part of the whole game, the scene where you fight Wesker the first time and then go through the emotional battle of saving Jill. The music for this game really complimented the script and was some of the best the series has seen as well. It is no wonder Jun (I think it was Jun) cried when he first heard some of the music for the game. Compared to RE4, the script in RE5 was absolutely brilliant. Sure, there was some good dialogue in RE4, but the script is much more than that. The script is the story. And I'm sorry, I've said it for years and I'll say it again, a story in which the president's daughter is kidnapped by some fanatical freaks with an extremely stereotypical and boring henchman (Krauser), is just not a story to brag about. At all. I have conceded that Krauser was sooooo much better in DSC. |
