im stuck on outbreak file 2

im stuck on the underbelly level.even though ive followed a walkthrough on youtube.im still stuck.first off for some reason i start off in the west side instead of the east and there is this door on the eastside beside the bathrooms you have to break through to progress through the level.ive followed the person on youtube exactly but the door just wont open.does anyone know another way to open it.

Im not so familiar with Outbreak series

Hmmm, maybe you were playing on a different difficulty as the person on youtube, and that might be why the door wouldn't open?

I remember that level being the only one I cannot do, except the one time I used a walkthrough, and it was still tough...

i havent had the time to use the walktrough yet because im in the middle of playing re zero but im not going to give up untill i pass it

you should go down the staris when you get to the doors which will lead you to the subway go to the other side and thier should be a door to the left when you reach up the stairs on the other side if its all the way to the left its locked if its to the right it needs key your partners should have the key im not sure if you are playing solo or not and i hope this realy helped you ur good friend Chris Redfield34

aww i wanted to help.. well, thats actually the only one out of 2 that ive been able to beat without a walkthrough
