U can always use free servers if u know how to use linux... I used xtreemhost for test server when i played GTA SA... U should try it... I can also script games even im not perfect on this part... But if u need maps im ur man!

I know one Croatian server and i dont think its much compared to some... If u interested just say price u would like to pay for it and ill check prices
