Basing this on their appearances in game, how each one looks. Ignore how old each actor is, take a pic of from whatever stage of their career you like to fit.

Let's start with REmake.

Jill - Julia Voth - easy choice, Jill is modeled on Voth after all
Wesker - Josh Lucas - remembered how he looked in Hulk, that's a close match to Wesker IMO
Barry - Bruce Willis
Chris -

Couldn't think anybody for Chris sadly.

Julia Voth for Jill, though I'll accept the chick that played RE1 Live Action Jill.

That's all I got for now. Christian Bale might make an Ok Wesker.
