thanks alot, means alot when we get feed back, we try and do new videos one a week. We're doing another re6 video when the new demos release happens in a few weeks, got some great footage of the full game from this years PAX Prime going up on our page as well here in the next day or so.

Just watch it. What's the big deal? Plus, this dude's commentary is genius. If you're so scared of things getting spoiled they talk over the cutscene anyway.

wow, thanks a lot! me and Stig try our best to make you guys laugh, it may seem like we're bashing on the game but it is a lot of fun, we just like to tease and point out little inconsistencies with the plot and whatnot (unintentional rhyme lol) we got a lot more 8bit&Stiglitz videos coming soon, we just did one for Scarface: World is Yours on original Xbox

I watched Leon and Chris' but not Jake's. That is one I must save for myself when I get the game!

And I do rather enjoy your commentary. I tend to do the same thing when playing certain games, after I've either played them for so long or what have you I tend to point things out and make voices and such. It seems like I'm bashing it but really I'm not, it's all just good humor.

thanx, we have the next 6 videos for 8bit&Stiglitz planned, then were taking a break to do reviews and cover some more events coming up like Emerald city comicon and get some interviews with developers from WB Studios and 343, then back with a season 2 of sorts we're desperate for Subs and Views so thanx for watching guys, if you ever have a game you think we should play we love suggestions!

Honestly? If I now see the demo then there's no point in me actually downloading it when it comes because I already know everything about it. That said, I'll play the demo first myself, then watch footage. Same goes for the actual game and the gameplay videos of it.

Well there is a point to downloading the demo… actually getting a feeling for the game is a good idea, the gameplay, how it looks on your television, play it with a friend so they know how it feels to play with you. There's tons of reasons to play and watch.

Well, yes, but my point of reasoning is this: When playing the demo/game I'd rather be like "Oh God, there's an enemy jumping at me from there!" instead of "Oh, this is the point when the enemy comes jumping at me, better prepare my gun". Knowing what happens ruins the surprise. I already had that happen with ovenman in RE4 and I don't want to repeat that mistake.

I suppose I could see what you mean by that, and if this were any other game I'd understand, but I'm going to be frank with you: there isn't one single scary segment in the game, where you feel that. Some things jump out at you, but it really isn't anything threatening. I suppose I can't convince you, but I'm just going to warn you that it's not all that. I'm still going to play the demo till the day the game comes out, so I suppose that's why I don't really mind watching it before I play it.

I'm not talking about scary things. Just enemy placement, item placement and surprises. I also like to learn myself that "ooh, I can do this!" instead of seeing it in a video.

the current early release demo is really just a great way to get used to the controls and the really random options menus, they picked sections of game that really only show off what each section will mostly be comprised of: Leon horror, chris action, and jake is an excuse to show off the new melee combat mechanic. there is a new demo coming in a few weeks that will show off more of the story elements and possibly spoil a few moments but its never going to be anything that will ruin your RE experience.

I'm not afraid of the demo ruining the gameplay experience. I'm actually excited to play the demo when it comes out. I'm afraid of gameplay footage ruining the gameplay experience, even for the demo. Like I said, I prefer to play the demo/game before watching the footage.

Oh and I did have a question about aiming direction in your last video, when you set it to camera it aims where you're looking at, right? And when you set it to player it aims in front of you? Like even if your camera is in the opposite direction? Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not sure what the purpose of that is or if I got the idea of it right.

if you set the aiming to camera, then while controlling the cam with the right thumb stick, whatever you the player are looking at when you ready your weapon your character will aim at that enemy, object etc. but if its set to player, lets sy you look behind you to see how close a horde of enemies is getting, if its set to player and leon is facing forward while you are looking behind you and you ready your weapon, the camera will whip around to the direction LEON is facing, not you, and it throws you off.

its a very awkward control scheme, this is the only RE ive ever had to actively had to go in and change most of the controls. Even the aiming reticle is terrible, its just a crosshair with a solid dot in the center, i had to go in an change it to CLASSIC in order to get the laser sight from RE4-RE5

Ahhh ovenman... When he popped out at me I was, I don't know, kinda expecting it yet I wasn't. Like when you get to certain areas and you just have that feeling like, 'okay, I just know something is either hiding in here or walking around.' And sure enough, there he was. I actually jumped and dropped my controller, which almost never happens.

Usually, even when it's so obvious it hurts, I get startled by those kind of jump scares. Well, as long as I don't know WHAT exactly it is that's going to jump at me. Sadly I had already seen gameplay footage of the ovenman part so I knew exactly what was gonna happen.

It has been out for quite a while for those who bought Dragon's Dogma on 360. The people who bought the game for PS3 got their demos 4th of this month. The rest of us will get a different demo come the 18th.
