RE4 = Offensive to Musilms

This is such bullshit, and what these insane Musilms say about this whole thing is flat out retarded. I'm pretty sure every Resident Evil game has been bashed as being offensive by many people, especially 5. If you ask me, these people have no lives whatsoever if this is all they do when they play a game.

Capcom said they aren't trying to make a political statement or any commentary on the culture, they just want to make a product that will sell well that people will like.

You know what I find ironic, hilarious, and hypocritical? The fact that 1,2,3 and CV had nothing but white zombies (Marvin was the only African American zombie I remembered), yet NO ONE complained or claimed it as racist. RE4 had Spaniards, yet there were no racist complaints. As soon as 5 was released, it went all down hill from there. Seriously, I never found 5 racist or offensive. I'm with Spike, it's way too late to nit-picking at RE4 now. *Sigh* there are better things in life than picking with video games.

If anybody would find RE4 offensive, it would be conservative Catholics. Everything about Los Illuminados parodied Reformation stereotypes of the Church, and Catholic imagery was explicity used in the game. Let me just say that I don't think for a second that Capcom meant any offense. Most of the RE games drawn on historical and religious imagery to heighten the mood (I actually made a thread about this), but if anyone is gonna by pissed by RE4, it's gonna be the Ultramontanists.

That's so true it's all about Catholic, the Church, Rituals I don't think that Capcom mean it that way. I think some of the Muslims are the only ones who got offended. Cause for me I don't find it offensive. Not only RE4, also SH 4 there was a church and the rituals also, and the guy is burning in the middle of the altar. It reminded of me on late centuries the Catholic Inquisition, they burn their victims and if they found out that you're not a Catholic they despise you and cursed you, and burn you just like this:
