Favorite b.o.w and why?

I actually have two. Hunters cause they're cute and deadly, and reapers, cause they make me cry.

I have a love hate relationship with hunters. They can be so frustrating and dangerous, but they are still my favorite B.O.W's. They just look so cool.

Not to mention they're made from frogs. Kinda scary imagining a giant frog that can tear you apart like a shredder.

I happen to like the Lickers most. I find them almost as annoying as the Hunters in large groups but I still like them more.

Exactly why I like hunters. the first time I saw a licker I was wtf is that thing?! Scary stuff...i feel they've been over used leading me to go oh, look another licker as I pull out my shotgun.

Hunters all the way! Especially the Alpha and Enhanced models. Betas are cool too.

Thanatos, the first black Tyrant lol. I always thought he looked like Michael Jordan or some shit.

I would have to go with the lickers or the crimson heads for this one. It's a tie for me. lol

Were those actual BOWs? Well, I think some of the lickers were bred but how about crimsons?

Nevermind I don't think they were bred....but I'm not 100% sure about that.

Well, at least they have the codename of V-ACT... I still don't think they were bred as actual BOWs, though. Someone confirm this? I'd like to know.

During Umbrella's human trials with the t-Virus as part of their research into a human B.O.W. (the project would be continued by the Tyrant program), this particular zombie reacted differently. A sudden mutation of the virus within its body. Its aggressive behavior, high vitality and sheer strength interested the researchers at the Arklay Research Facility greatly, and samples of its viral mutation were extracted for further research (it would be this mutant strain that infested the facility in 1998).

It was named "Crimson Head" not only because of its appearance, but also its high level of aggression and ferociousness that left four researchers dead while trying to feed it, leaving the scene a bloodbath. Since this Crimson Head was too dangerous for any further observation, the scientists had no choice but to freeze it and conceal it inside the estate's backyard cemetery, locked within a sarcophagus requiring the collection of death masks to unlock.

So overall, the first Crimson Head was accualy made in a lab and is the same crimson head that is the one you fight as a boss battle in REmake.

I love/loathe hunters and lickers. They're one of the coolest looking B.O.Ws and I love the screams they make. The reasons I hate them is because hunters will do one-hitter-quitters. Lickers give too much damage, especially the dark lickers. I have to admit that I never knew lickers were blind.

I love the lickers from re2 because the first time i saw them i was just like "DAMN!" Or Nemesis cause he scared the crap out of me when he would appear, It would play the music and then "STARS!!!!" i was just like "grab the items you need and run!" haha.

You know...I'm not sure. And it probably isn't the Reaper, but ever since Reapers on Motorcycles, plus how horrifying they can be in even just a simple Mercs run on The Mines...they are just such fun to have around. They can really change the game too.

I'd like to play some RE5 Mercs just for them right about now...

The yawn is my favorite and cemented that position after Umbrella Chronicles.

I'm shit scared of gettin bitten by a snake let alone getting eaten alive by a giant one. I once went to Steve Irwins zoo here in Brisbane and there were wild snakes crawling across a bridge on the way to the kangaroo feeding zone.

You never knew they were blind? That's kinda funny. You can tell by looking at their heads they have no eyes as it looks like their brains have swelled up and out of their skulls. One part I like in RE: Outbreak is in the fourth stage Hellfire where when you enter the one room there's a guy in the bathroom on the floor and he says, "Shhhh! Those things have sensitive hearing and can find you." And how they climb over the windows. Eerie! The dark green Lickers in DSC that come down the hallway after Leon and Claire (Claire points it out saying, "We just came through that hallway.") I took one look at it and was like 'Oh crap what is that?!'. And when Claire tripped over one as it jumped out of the vent while she was chasing after Sherry? I thought I was gonna have to fight it off or something.

I honestly think I've fallen at the hands, or should I say the 'tongues' of Lickers more than I have at the claws of Hunters.

Lickers are really creepy with that raspy breathing of their's.
