I'd have to go with the scene with Luis dying, the poor guy helped me defend a house.

It;s not all that of a sad franchise to me, Luis's death is the saddest though.

I would have to completely agree with CharlieRE2, not about the kissing part, but just the scene in general, Ada was supposedly dying, the music really added alot too. Definately the saddest scene.

mmm i think that scene is not the most saddest i think is the most dramatic scene (maybe) because ada dont die so cant be the most saddest scene, i was thinking in another saddest part and i remember the brad vickers dead (that part is sad) or richard aiken dead (that part is sad too)

True, but it's the only sight in an RE game/movie/trailer that's ever brought me to the brink of tears because I found it so distressing.

For me it has to be not so much an individual scene but the life of poor little Sherry Birkin...a true innocent caught up in a hellish nightmare largely crafted by her very own parents; and yet in her innocence she still craves to try and save and help them!

On the topic of Birkin, I think that William had a sort of sad scence, in the RE2 flashback, as well as the Outbreak opening, how he was killed by the company he worked for, and they were trying to steal his life's work.
