Tell you a little something about Dementium: It's got poor controls, some of the enemies are ridiculously dangerous (non-bosses doing 4/10 damage), the weapons are underpowered, the passcodes are all over the place (just check next to doors for their Birthdays/Dates of Admission; even though you have to solve non-physical puzzles manually to get these codes, they are still everywhere.), and the ending is lackluster. But, it is strangely addicting.

I know all that, I've played it quite a lot. It is indeed strangely addicting. I like how they compensated the terrible controls with an abundance of healing items because let's face it, with these controls and this hit detection, you are going to get hit. A lot.

I don't really mind the whole passcode thing, that's just a regular thing in horror games. Silent Hill is much harder in that department.

I bought it for two reasons: I wanted to try out a horror game on a DS (I have Spirit Camera for the same reason on the 3DS) and I was interested in the HD version of Dementium II so playing the first game was only natural.

Still can't find out why they make you solve a puzzle for a code, when you can look at a nearby door's patient information to find the code RIGHT THERE! Awkward, it seems that they needed a reference so the could actually remember the code that you get through the puzzle.

So this month's free xbox live game was Dark Souls. I'm getting into it so far, I died a few times, but nothing ventured, nothing gained. I did havea hard time figuring things out, but for the most part I was somewhat competent.

Such a awesome title but not very know, I have it for the original xbox but due to that
bulky ass controller and this game having the weirdiest button layout it was the most incomfortable game to play, I will need to purchase a PS2 copy sometime.

Trust good 'ol Mass to never miss out a classic underground title.
You and only a handful of other people I know have this game or even know about this game.
It was games like this and Blue stinger that made me love my Dreamcast, oh and don't forget Shenmue 1-2, Sword of the Berserk and JSR.

Another title you may also like is Illbleed for the dreamcast, should check it out sometime

Blue Stinger is pretty cool, I really need to get back into playing it. I got frustrated when I hadn't saved in ages and died so I stopped playing.

Oh, I'm enjoying it for sure. I decided to get the best ending on my first time and started playing Hardcore trying not to kill anyone. It's a nice challenge. I look forward to the extra missions I got with the Limited Edition.
