just got a new slim xbox360, what games would you recommend?

Uncharted 3, Killzone 3, Heavy Rain, Demon's Souls, MGS4, Gran Turismo 5, and LittleBigPlanet.

But as you already went that path... I'd suggest Alan Wake and the Dead Rising series.

Apart from Alan Wake and the Dead Rising series, I'd also recommend Silent Hill: Homecoming.

I recommend Halo 3 and the first Gears of War. I'm not a big shooter fan, but I enjoyed those games. Oh, and Mass Effect 1 and 2, those are two great RPGs. Also the games Mass mentioned.

Alan wake ! hell yeah !
One of the best games of this gen (I did say one, not THE)
It had originality, it had a kick ass novel type storyline and it had amazing cinematics and cinematic dolby 5.5 surround
so when you played with a headset it blew your mind.
Also I love a good novel, especially steven king's and this was basically like a steven king thriller (even had steven king
mentions a few times during game play )

Am I the only fanatic that feels this much about AW ? lol

Get Mass Effect and Alan Wake and forget about FFXIII. I didn't like that game at all. Wait for the remake of FFX, if they release that on the 360 (which is not very likely unfortunately).

Why no exclusives? That would pretty much be the point of owning a certain console nowadays.

Also, are you going to upgrade your SSF4 into the Arcade Edition? I just might the whole thing on a disc as I only have the original version.

More characters. I'm not sure if there are more game modes, possibly. Also some more balancing. I'm going to get it just because it has everything from Super and more and, like I said, I only have the original.

well, the thing is that I prefer getting a ps3 anytime, but the xbox 360 is a lot more accesible, so those games that I got at first were the ones that I was pretty much dying to play...

I said a few posts back: I can download the games instead of buying them, so........................IT'S FREE!, and to this day there isn't an effective method of doing that with a ps3(besides I'd need a bd burner, which I don't have)

I mean accesible in the way that the ps3 game are all imports over here and are UNBELIEVABLE expensive
