Actually GL, Leon IS semi-unique(to an extent, anyways). Leon and Kevin are the only people who wear the RPD Bodysuit. Everyone else wears the 'standard' police uniform. (Blue shirt, trousers, hat)

True, leon snd kevin are the only two we know of thst have that particular rpd uniform, but that wasnt specified, he just said that leon working for rpd is what set him apart.

I didnt mind the voice, thats sandy cheeks. it was the screaming that made her notorious.

Well, when it comes to coolness I got to say that it's either between Leon S. Kennedy, Albert Wesker, and Billy Coen. Sure Chris is my favorite character but Leon is just more of a badass and just strikes me as a cool guy. Wesker on the otherhand has to be one of my favorite villians in any media. Why? Because he's f*cken cool! His speed, fighting style, cockyness, voice, everything! Now Billy, Billy IMO outshined the other characters in their first appearnces. He was calm, serious, a bit of a douche, and just pure awesome. "HEY QUEENIE! Feast on this."

I like Billy as much as the next person, he was actually a really cool character, in RE0, not UC, but he truly isn't relevant much beyond RE0.

He could be though. Capcom has stated that he still exist within the Residetn Evil universe and that anything is possible when asked if Billy will make a return. He's really well liked by the fans so I don't see why he shouldn't return. Personally, I always took the gunshot at the end of Resident Evil Zero as something. So what's up? Did he shoot someone or something or did someone shoot him? And then during Rebecca's section in UC inside the mansion she says that she hopes Billy is okay as she looks outside. We then see that one guy (can't remember his name at the moment) holding someone inside a body bag and hitting a cerberus with it. I read somewhere that that was the TALOS sample but I find it odd that they showed us that right when Rebecca mentions Billy.
