| First time I've played it in 10 years.
Here are my vital stats;
Claire - Normal difficulty
Items left over
3 acid rounds 22 flame rounds 26 grenade rounds 72 cross bow arrows 13 hand gun bullets 90% spark shot 5 first aid 4 green and red herbs 4 double green herbs 1 green herb
End result
Rank: B Total Time: 3:19:19 Saves: 3
My thoughts...
I always thought RE2 was one of the easiest out of the series but this was a little bit disappointing. Feeling kind of annoyed that I conserved so much ammo instead of having more fun with it!
Ashleys inspiration must've come from Sherry. Both them bitches enjoy running off and getting themselves into danger!
Seems like I could've skipped going to the weapons room downstairs and the car park to knock a bit more time off this play through.
Can't remember the purpose off the room in the laboratory where you turn on the anti bow gas. Couldn't be assed on this play through messing around to figure out what was in that locked room through the vent because i obviously didn't need it.
Not a huge fan of any of Claire's guns. They serve their purpose but looking forward to part B with Leon a lot more.
Chief Irons is a nasty man
Acid rounds waste the lickers
When I first entered the passage to the garage below the police station i walked straight past those 3 dogs and they just watched me. Didn't seem to work with any of the other ones.
Most official game sites rank this as the best of the series but I've got to say that the easy difficulty drops it down a notch on my list. I prefer the original and CVX over RE2

| I didn't care too much for RE2 to be easy. No RE is hard, except for zero. If you want difficulty, play Ninja Gaiden (any game of the series will do).
I think RE2 is tied for the second place along with CVX for my favorite RE game. First fave is REmake. |

Sigma 2 wasn't that hard. Any other game from that series is. |

| Speaking of difficult games, Dark Souls is now out. I'll be getting it at some point. |

| Yeah RE2 wasn't all that hard. You just need to conserve ammo and herbs pretty much. I remember beating this game in I think 2 hours and 50 something minutes. I had it on easy though, so that explains a lot |

Sigma 2 wasn't that hard. Any other game from that series is. On very hard mode it is. Ninja Gaiden on the NES isn't hard for me anymore because I completed that game so often that I became good at it. |

Ninja Gaiden on the NES isn't hard for me anymore because I completed that game so often that I became good at it. I was speaking about the normal difficulty settings. I don't even want to try the game on something like "master ninja". |

| You guys are really good at going off topic Anyways. It's still a great game and I'm finding the second part a bit more challenging which is great. |

Anyways. It's still a great game and I'm finding the second part a bit more challenging which is great. Leon's guns dominate everything else. Just be sure to get all of the gun parts. FTR; Handgun Parts: Drawer on the second floor of RPD, right beside the door to the library. (Requires small key.) Shotgun Parts: On a corpse in the passages before the Boss fight on the turntable. Magnum Parts: In a weapon locker in the laboratory. (Requires W. Box Key) I recommend saving your Magnum bullets for the Final bosses. |

| Regarding the post above me, only upgrade your weapon when you don't have any ammo in there. You'll get a full clip/magazine/whatever for free. |

Yup. Might not seem like much, but it really helps in the long run. |

Thanks for the tip. That's sort of like RE4 when you upgrade capacity. |

Thanks for the tip. That's sort of like RE4 when you upgrade capacity. By the way, when you first fire the C. Shotgun, you'll laugh. |
