Random inconsistencies

hmmm....either the first of the third, the first plot wise and for its originality, the third also for plot but it also has the unlockables and better control scheme (what with the 180 degree spins and dodges/shoulder rams)

I also love the 1st for its plot. I think it's got the best plot of all of them.

pretty much, but i throw the gameplay mechanics to nemesis, because of the reasons i mentioned above and the presence of explosive objects

hmmm......out of the ones ive played, id say that first person one for ps1, but for ones i havent played but think i wouldnt like id say that gameboy color one with barry and leon

Well, at least I did, but I'm not the normal one here.

Was the first person one Dead Aim? And the Gameboy one was Gaiden. I haven't played either. Out of the ones I have played, RE4 is my least favorite.

really? thats surprising, most anyone i know whos played 4 and 5 prefer 4

I prefer 5 big time. I know of it's drawbacks compared to 4, but for me the pros outweigh the cons.

Every resident evil is a gift from god and developed or published by capcom who also make other great games, I have not found my self disliking any resident evil even survivor fucking kicks ass

I have given every title a chance.... While the movies certainly piss me off to know end and certain games have the same effect, I know, even tho I bitch about it, If it says RE, I will buy it.

He mentioned it being on PS1 so it must be Survivor.

Great game in my opinion, wouldn't pick it last.

The whole survivor series is great. I wonder if DA is ever going to get a mention in the main storyline like Survivor.

Getting back on topic...

I'm a little confused about the Jabberwock S3 in Darkside Chronicles. The file states that it's based off the Bandersnach, but it looks like a cross between the game's redesign of mutant Steve, redesign of Nosferatu, and a spider. It even has the weird eye pattern and spines sticking out on the back. It attacks and moves like a cross between Nosferatu and Steve. Why does the file say it's based on a thing with one stretchy arm that's bright yellow? Thanatos R is more like a Bandersnach, since it has one giant arm that stretches.

I'd also love to know how Wesker found out that Claire and Steve were in Antarctica, considering it was Alfred who hijacked their plane and they were joking around about going to Hawaii. Yes, he has access to the cameras, but that wasn't brought up until they were on the plane. (Are there cameras on the plane? If so, why?)

Did he figure out that Alexia was in Antarctica from the live camera feed of her singing to her brother? (Why would he think Claire was there?) Why was there a random camera feed where there's someone who's supposedly dead if they were trying to fake their death? Why is there a random camera pointed in the middle of nowhere on the ice? (Right after you kill Nosferatu, Claire and Steve get attacked by the tentacle of doom and a camera is pointed at the exact spot where their vehicle is ruined and on fire.)

Why was Wesker still sticking around Rockfort if he knew Alexia and Claire were in Antarctica?

Why is the self-destruct crap, to the point that most of the Training Facility and Airport is intact?

Been replaying C:VX, so yeah...

Weskerbarber i will be purchasing the next resident evil game based in racoon city. I think it is a survivor type resident evil game if i am not mistaken?

@Jamesy: You mean Operation Raccoon City? It's not like the Survivor games. It's a third person shooter and it's squad based kind of like Socom. There is a thread on it in Discussion.

Would you say the survivor games are better than the chronicle resident evil games?

resident evil umbrella chronicles was my favourite chronicle game. the darkside chronicles was good as well but not as interesting.

Anyhow, getting back to the topic, I just realized another quite glaring inconsistency. You know how on September 28th, when the Nemesis busted through the wall of the RPD station after Jill? Well, fast forward a day to September 29th when Leon and Claire arrive and the giant hole that resulted from said BOW's entrance is entirely nonexistent...

Obviously there are top class masons running around the city, repairing crap.
