That'd certainly be weird, but it wouldn't really cause a problem because im supposing zombies can't swim, not to mention if they still require oxygen they'd be stuck down there until their air canister emptied.

I didnt just run past it thinking look another zombie, I seen it and was like cool fat zombie ! lol
Also got a shock in resident evil 3 when I realised I wasnt safe at the bottom of stair cases because zombies could walk up and down them
