Btw Missy, you have all the right consoles for RE. No more, no less. I think it's nice. Yeah, even if this controller is free, still not going to take it. Thanks, I'm really not into other consoles. |

- @DGen: You sure have bad luck with consoles. Last time I checked my old model PS still works, although it doesn't read discs very well anymore. That, too, was bought used.
I tend to take very good care of my electronics. The best to my abilities anyways. But no, I don't have much luck with them. At least not until I got my PS3. When I first got it the poor thing would freeze up a lot on me when I first start a game and I would constantly have to turn it off and back on. It was always fine after that. It eventually stopped though and I haven't had that issue with it in quite some time now. |

| Do you have the old or new model PS3? Anyways, be prepared for an eventual YLOD. Mine did the same thing with the freezing and stuff but was fine for a long while after that. Then badness happened. I've had mine fixed twice now, the second time they replaced the whole processor so I'm at least hoping that fixed the problem. At least the console is quieter now.

I have the model they no longer make and it's been fine for over a year now. I'm not sure what happened as it just suddenly stopped freezing on my first game play and started to work fine all on it's own. I did get it from a pawn shop where I live but it's still very well off. I paid a good bit for the thing too... |

| I have the old model too, the phat 60 gig one, which I also got used for quite a hefty price tag. It's just that the older models have the problem of breaking at some point...
Btw. I fixed the freezing problem I had by replacing the HDD. |

| Well, I got my N64. No electric chord though, although my friend did test it with the one she uses for hers, so I know it works. Now, I just need some games...and the chord |

Btw. I fixed the freezing problem I had by replacing the HDD. See I think I got lucky that way. I didn't have to replace anything. Yet that is. I really hope to keep it that way. And yeah I've got the same model. I paid it off in payments and it was over $400 when I snagged it. That's the one good thing about a pawn shop they'll let you do that. In a game store you have to pay it all up front. I've considered buying another PS3 so I have it on hand and along with more space, I just don't see the point right now. |

I had one of the older model ps3's, the 40gb one that was backwards compatible. It got YLOD a few weeks ago, it last like 3 years so Im happy with that. I just miss playing MGS4 and Siren the last game I had in it was MGS3 snake eater and it's gobbled it up and wont give me it back I tried the whole disk eject trick and nothing works, tried opening the console up and disk drive has like 0.1mm screws (exaggaration) who the hell has a scredriver that's that small ! |
