| Well RE5 was a decent game it just was not as good as RE4 but I guess capcom did go some way to compensating with LIN and Desperate Escape. |

I agree there. RE4 was a little better than 5. If it had not been for Wesker RE5 would have bitten the dust. |

It was more creepier for sure but overall i prefer RE5 slightly. Well the gameplay was improved some in RE5 but it was not as long. Plus I can not stand Sheva. On RE4 you were alone at least half of the time. Even if Ada was helping you she was not doing it directly, and Ashley should not even be considered help. |

| Yeah RE5 was not as long and to be honest the voice work was better in RE4 and the storyline was more clear and easy to understand compared to RE5.
Do you think it would have been better if to begin with LIN was part of the main game and in order to play the main storyline in RE5 you had to beat LIN? It would be cool if after Jill crashed with Wesker through the window it cut to a blank screen with chris narrating saying "3 years later in Kijui Africa". |

''and to be honest the voice work was better in RE4''. I don't know about that part. Believe it or not *puts on flamesuit* I thought that the RE5 Wesker had the best voice actor. But Leon and Ada did really good. |

| RE5 might have just been as good as RE4 if they included LIN to begin with. |

| I mean I hate when there's button mashing in almost every friggin' game nowadays. And RE4 really overdid them. One or two is good but too much is too much. Seriously, it's ok in Fahrenheit/Indigo Prophecy and Heavy Rain since they're based on that kind of stuff but I don't like them in action/horror games. I'm afraid to put my controller down during any cutscene since there might be a... DUN DUN DUNNN! Quicktime event has occurred! Press the "post" button! *click* |

I strongly disagree. It makes the cinematic much more interesting. Just go Halo Reach style and put a pause ability in the cinematic so that you can put it down if you need to. |

I strongly disagree. It makes the cinematic much more interesting. Just go Halo Reach style and put a pause ability in the cinematic so that you can put it down if you need to. The cinematics are cinematics for a reason: to further the story. Not just so that people can hit some random buttons. Whooptydoo. I want to play the game, not just hit some random button when the game wants me to. The pause ability for cinematics would be awesome though. I was just playing Expendable on Dreamcast and it has that. It's really nice when you can pause the scene so you don't have to wait for 20 minutes so you can go to the bathroom. |

| the quicktime events were a big surprise to me in RE4...they did end up getting annoying after awhile...I do like to just sit back and enjoy the cutscences without having to worry about the next button mash |
